These guys are the definition of scammers.
First off, do not buy anything in store. Order from Emmo.ca and select pick up.
Emmo is a great company with great bikes, but their franchise owners are absolute scammers.
I went in to buy a helmet but I checked the price on the site and added taxes, so I knew what to expect, $55. I went into the store to buy the very same helmet and it was suddenly over $89 before taxes. I called them out immediately, which is when they started speaking in their native language to conceal what they were saying. Without even showing proof they sided with me and gave to the price I mentioned which says they already knew the price and really are scamming people. Please be cautious. Shop online and ask for pickup.
To cover up the lie they even added a special discount of 45% off. What business gives away random special discounts almost half off?
It’s sad because Emmo really is a good company but their store owners are absolutely trash.
DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE
DO NOT BUY IN STORE go to Emmo.ca
DO NOT GET ANY WORK WHICH REQUIRES THEM TO CHOOSE A PRICE BECAUSE IT WILL BE ALOT.

I do have a couple of unanswered questions, that were kind of addressed. I would like to know how to contact the head office about them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to know if you can pay monthly for these E-Bikes, because for some reason the prices for these bikes are very expensive. I want to finance and do a monthly plan to make sure it's mine before paying the full price for them because like I said, it's very expensive to buy a E-Bike these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad bad. If i can give zero stars I would. These guys scammed me and asked them to put a tire in my scooter and ended up charging me $80 for it, even though the said it showed be so cheap like less than $20. I paid them $65 to begin with so they put in the tire in and diagnose my scooter. 10 days later they told me i need to buy a part that cost $200 and they wanted to charge me $300 to put it in. I refused for them to put the parts in, i bought the parts online for $30 and put it myself. They are just tip off. When i came to pick up the bike, they wanted me to pay additional $80 on top of $65 i already paid. Complete rip off. They are not professional and so lame. I would never recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More of a warehouse than a store, this place is located on the side strip of a unit plaza. It's right beside the Airsoft place. There's a small show room packed full of electric vehicles. They even have a couple of those motorcycle sport looking ebikes! There's a whole wall of helmets to choose and try on. First time going, it was packed and staff was busy which ok by me, gives me time to look around before asking a ton of questions. There's plenty of parking outside. Stay safe out there people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant be happier with my brand new 2022 Emmo Monster 84V/50 Lithium. Right from my first visit to the store/shop I was greeted with a smile. The staff are professionals when it comes to sales of Emmo. They were all polite and answered all my questions. Their guidance throughout my purchase process was excellent. I picked up my monster on Friday and everything was ready to go. After going over my warranty I was shown all the aspects of the Monster. After arriving to my destination with my Emmo I had a few more questions. After a quick call to the shop my questions were answered. The next day I received a follow up call asking if everything was satisfactory to my liking. Thank you Emmo Mississauga! I am one happy lady and looking forward to riding and saving $$ on fuel for the next several months. ? Now my neibours are interested in a Emmo and I will be sending them to the Mississauga location. Looking forward to my next Emmo bike Kamen.
