However, noticed small scratch on the bike taking delivery. The owner was quick to act and was able to resolve the issue for us. Definitely give them a visit if you're looking for a bike.

I ended up buying a Specialized E bike which I love, my wife road it, and we bought her one to. Gears seems to have more inventory then all the other bike shops. These expensive E bikes were delivered without a kickstand which appears should be included and Ron has been determined with Specialized to have this resolved. Great experience!

However, I Can’t give a 5 star service because the sales associate that was helping us told us that in 5 to 10 minutes She was going to bring my bike and at the end she left us waiting more than 30 minutes!!
