A	Afnan El-khateeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this Goodwill in the GTA is a bad experience , since the management changed every thing changed after that to the worse, managers there and and their beloved ones are inhumane ,insane, and pretty rude. They treat people there as piece of garbage. Once the assisstant's shift ends she turns to a totally different human being as if she was wearing a Halloween custom and then takes it off lol , They are unfair and they fake and treat employees there as machines , and providing the rudest customer service .

Cashier told me that it is their policy that it cannot be sold without a tag and it would have to be re-priced and put out the next day. I had never heard that before so he called the manager who corroborated the cashier's statement. I asked them to price it so that I could buy it but they said itq can't be sold that day and had to be taken to the back to be re-priced and put out the next day. The manager took the coat & hung it right back on the rack with no tag! Absolutely disgusting customer service & Goodwill should be ashamed of their selves
R	Ryan Kerver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to this location for quite a while. We have endured some poor and discriminatory treatment from an employee named Amanda. When she brings out any merchandise she circles the store several times before she puts anything away. I have heard her make inappropriate comments about customers on the floor along with making rude comments to other employees on the floor in front of customers. She has purposely handed merchandise that she knows we are interested in to other customers. Also, this location has regular employees cleaning the bathrooms, the same employees putting the clothes away. In these covid times, there should be janitorial services.

They have the policy of not interferring customers conflicts but the assistant managers are actually on only minor number special customers side.Maybe that's why lots customers quit shopping in this store. The store manager is very good but seldom saw her in the store .I hope she knows it.

But, I noticed that some of the "regulars" that I see once in a while during my visits seem to be harassing the staff and making complaints when they don't get their way. Doesn't seem very fair considering the staff are doing their job and have always been great to me. Keep up the good work!

I came to this location the other day (Jan. 16) and noticed some regulars that I've seen before. As I was trying to shop, they swarm the carts and I could hear a woman speak very poorly about the management team all because she didn't get her own way. My experience every time I come here has been great. The staff is always very helpful and do an amazing job. Keep up the good work!

The store is kept very clean and they are definitely following covid guidelines. Staff there are very helpful and are courteous. It's good that they are recycling things and helping people with it. There's definitely good prices there especially if you're starting over.
