The worst experience I have ever had with the staff. They sheated me. I asked about the price of a frame on the shelf & I was told it's price $30 & I took it to the register to pay for it. At that time, the supervisor told me it's not for sale & it is for auction & this is the mistake of a volunteer in the store. When I started complaining, no one has solved the problem & I was told this is the number of Sayed the manager, you can call him tomorrow. Completely unacceptable, the worst customer service I have ever seen.
An update:
Thanks to the Salvation Army district manager who rapidly acted today morning.
Thanks to Mr. Sayed the branch manager who gave orders to solve the issue today morning.
Thanks to Ms. Rose the branch supervisor who met us this morning for her understanding of the situation & finally, the frame was sold to us with the same price told to us yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection that is organized by colour in housewares so that is a bit different than most thrift stores. Not too much in the men’s department but what is there, the prices are decent. Compared to value Village much more reasonable. Staff is always friendly. Parking is easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salvation army is very much like the others locations out there, kinda dirty inside, great selection and a not so great parking lot.
It's a great selection of men's clothes and my wife said the ladies selection is also very nice.
Don't come here if you're want to experience a really clean store. It's kind of messing in spots.
And the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare.
