And the craftsmanship is horrendous, it looks like the most unexperienced people put it together. Don't even step foot into this store. It's poor and should be driven out of business

I put h sofa from him and after purchasing I realised, that dimensions of flat is short and sofa is big. He immediately changed the L shape sofa to sofa and loveseat. Hamit Bhaiya is very nice.

I bought a queen size spring mattress 4-months back from Rahat/Hamid having warranty of 3 years,but they provided very cheep quality & the springs are So noisy & uneven.They show you something else & deliver cheep item from their store located at the back .Very disappointing customer service.

I received the promised product after a 4 month delay. I did not receive any call or msg stating the reasons for the delay. Upon approaching, I received clueless answers, which just reflects the company’s poor management. This company is a scam to our hard-working community, and the least I can do is inform others to not take their business here.
A	Ateeb Mian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed store I purchased a custom couch in beginning of October 2021 and was told in 8-10 weeks (mid December 2021) it will be ready. Called multiple times in December and they kept saying it will be ready soon every time I called until I went in person in mid January 2022 and asked for my security deposit back and was told that isn’t possible because now the couch is in production and the company is not profiting at the moment. I agreed after and they told me the couch will be arriving very soon since production begun and I picked up my couch a week after in mid jan 2022. That experience was very sad to deal with customer service skills very poor and communication especially if they knew production didn’t start yet then why would you lie to in December 2021 that “it will be ready soon”
D	Devanshi vyas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bittersweet experience at Stylo furniture. The staff was knowledgeable in helpful in suggestions of the fabric, pattern and color for furniture. My husband and I were attended by Riasat. Initially our plan was to only get 3 seater sofa, but we ended up ordering love seat and customized as well, thanks to him. The delivery time was estimated by the staff for 2 weeks, however realistically, it took additional 3 weeks but Riasat took responsibility and stayed in touch with us until the delivery was complete. We’re happy with the way sofa are good quality and just as per our expectations.

When a order is made, false promises are made in regards to when the product will be shipped. Estimated time for arrival of a the product is a complete lie because when you call in for a order status they make excuses that it will take additional 1 or 2 more weeks which is a repetitive cycle. I would not recommend going there and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Good luck functioning this business with fines and coaching.

One hour later we changed our mind so we came back to cancel the order and ask for deposit back. He told us the the order was already sent to Montreal but he promised to call me on Monday to tell if order is proceeded or not. Seven days now has passed he hasn't call me. I feel I was forced to buy a furniture that was not displayed in his store. It was shown only in the catalog. I did not know for sure its color, its texture, and the appearance was not very same the one we like. He did not have idea about the time for delivery, 2 weeks or four weeks he did not know. So folks, consider not to buy furniture here if you do not want to have any uncertainties about your furniture and delivery.
