Sandra Broglio showed us the different options after asking us some questions about the exact type of sofa we wanted. Having bought our main sofa from the same store a few years back, this was the first stop in our search. Sandra was really helpful, showing us the different options in a friendly, non pushy way. She is very professional and courteous, which is the kind of interaction that I want when making an important purchase. I recommend Sandra and the Dundas store to anyone who is looking to buy a sofa of any kind.

We shopped around a little bit and we quickly realized the customer service we received from her was incomparable. We walked all over the big showroom testing out various sectionals. She took the time to help us figure out our preferences and narrow it down to a couple of choices. We never felt pressured or rushed into making a purchase. Highly recommended!

A loaner couch is on the way, and we will be kept updated on the status of our couch. The delay is due to a delayed shipment of parts needed by the manufacturer, which hopefully will indeed be resolved within 1-2 weeks. Lots of apologies for the lack of communication, and we are very happy with how the situation has be rectified. Happy days! We ordered our sofa Labour Day weekend, 2021. The number one consideration for us was the delivery timeline, as we needed a sofa bed for guests staying with us at the end of October. The timeline was 6-8 weeks, the salesperson assured us it would be no longer than eight weeks. It's been 20 weeks. We have chased updates (zero communication initiated by the store at any point) and have consistently been told 'early to mid October' - 'early to mid November' - 'early to mid December' - 'early to mid January' and now 'one to two weeks'. Fingers crossed. At this point we just need a new couch (old couch has been broken since August).

After looking at a few models and having further conversations with Randy (not all about couches) Randy showed us a style that he thought would suit us based on our conversations and comments when looking at the other models. Randy was not pushy but and highly familiar with the products which led to our final purchase. I would highly recommend The Chesterfield Shop, and if you can look for Randy!

Randy met us at the door asked us what we were looking for and showed us the exact couch that we had envisioned in our heads before our search. He was so friendly and warm - it was such a comfortable buying experience. No pushy salesman - just someone that understood what we needed and knew the quality of the brand. I know that we bought quality piece of furniture as my Aunt bought a set approximately 7 years ago and it still looks brand new. I knew this was the place to go so happy that we did :)

He asked us all the right questions in order to understand our budget, what we were looking for and the best sofa for our first home. He was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Any questions I had he was able to answer honestly and really provided us with the best service. When going to chesterfield shop I would recommend asking for Dennis! I cannot wait to see my new sofa when it comes in.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Sandra who gave us space to look around but also was helpful in answering our questions when needed. After picking a style we got stuck on colour and thankfully were able to take home some fabric swatches to compare with our wall and floor colour. Overall, Sandra was super helpful throughout the whole process, not pushy or hovering over us, and was easy to work with. We can't wait to take delivery on our couch in the next few months. I hope to update the review at that time.

He was was NOT pushy at all, extremely friendly/warm, had lots of stories/jokes, and what really counted the most he knew exactly what we were looking for in a couch. (style, multifunctional, color, and texture). I am extremely happy with the couch that we bought with amazing quality that will last us a very long time that is made in Canada. Again, Thank you so much Randy! I strongly recommend The Chesterfields Shop when looking for couches or chairs before going elsewhere.
