β β β β β Me and my children were personally bullied and intimidated by staff at this location after voicing uncomfort because we felt we were being watched during the entire experience in store. I had 3 boxes of shoes waiting at the counter while picking out one more box and feeling very iry as the 6 staff watched us . Myself. My two 6 year olds and a year old as well as another mother who were shopping in store. I was very polite as I asked the cash to hold our three boxes of shoes while I looked for something for myself. It went well until 4 people on the floor were directly standing in my direction as I looked for my existing size and had a store manager approach me reminding me it was 10 minutes before close. I acknowledged the time and proceeded to the cash with my purchase where I voiced that I was feeling watched or targeted and suddenly all staff became extremely defensive the βmanagerβ specifically saying βno one is watching you β when I turn and continue to have all staff standing facing the cash where we were trying to make our purchase. Immediately they removed all of my four boxes of shoes and defensively asked myself and my children to leave because I was βrudeβ βtrespassingβ and they would be calling the police . I was recording everything and will be taking this further. The discrimination and customer service I received for letting them know it was uncomfortable while shopping is all documented. And completely unexpectable. I was offended until reviewing other peopleβs reviews and realize I am not the only person who experienced this . Currently awaiting head office response .

β β β β β Love this store for great finds, but itβs always hit or miss. As an outlet store, you canβt expect always find something that you need, itβs more of the βcheck it on regular basicsβ kind of thing.
Have a few pair of shoes from here over years. If you get lucky, you can save a lot of money on brand names. And itβs good to have a return option for store credit.
Most of the time itβs a pretty good selection of woman shoes, not that much for men.
Most of the time itβs clean and organized, some staff members are better than others, but after all in pretty happy with my shopping here.

β β β β β Visited here at around 5:30pm and they closed at 6pm
We were being watched by all 6 employees
They would just follow us around.
We had three young kids with us.
When going to the cash to pay for four pairs of shoes we informed them we felt very uncomfortable being followed so much by all employees.

Started to get very aggressive with us instead of just apologizing.
Then they said to us that they could physically remove us from the store . It was the craziest thing we were not being rude or aggressive. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!
They even called the cops!
For literally nothing it felt so weird the way they were acting over one comment.
Anyways we did get the whole thing on video and will be taking this further.
Completely unacceptable especially while children are present!

β β β β β This an outlet store where you will find good prices for shoes, snow boots and sandals etc. Good selection for men, women and some for the kids as well.

β β β β β The store carries a variety of colours and patterns of Vans, Converse and Keds shoes at affordable prices. They do carry other brands like Doc Martens, Uggs, Sperry, store brand etc. There's plenty of parking and bus access is convenient. They accpet exchanges or store credit, but money return can be made at other Softmoc stores. **Inquire with cashier**

β β β β β Always could find a deal especially on kids shoes. Staff are polite and helpful as well. Hours are short so it is inconvenient as people canβt really stop by after work. I also donβt mind their no refunds and only store credit policy as I always tend to find great shoes to put towards.

β β β β β I visited this store for the first time in late summer 2020. I was able to get a pair of Sketchers (not pictured) for about $50. I was really impressed with the variety of ladies' Converse Chuck Taylors for about $30. The store was organized but a bit tight between the aisles. The one thing that I was NOT impressed with was the security guard watching me like a hawk. I guess they must have theft in there but it was pretty insulting.

β β β β β I get most of my shoes here. It isn't glamorous, but the prices are good. You have to visit often and see what new stock comes in and remember that this is overstock, so you need to be prepared to buy shoes out of season.
