★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to see if my item I found in Scarborough town centre was available and had same promotion which was 15% off. Btw, I work in a high end clothing store, much more expensive than what Steve Madden has to offer, and we have better service than them... when I called I guess it was the manager that picked up the phone who sounded very pretentious and ungenuine. She said in very unkind way that we don’t do such promotion and that only stc does it with a very pretentious tone.. my store had same situation where customer got this offer from Yorkdale 20% off and if we could apply in our store as well, with talk with my manager, we did allowed the sale.... no wonder this place is poorly rated on google ... and compare the reviews with that of stc... retail with this kind of service will never survive especially retail industry in general is going downhill due to the rise of the online market ..keep digging ur own grave great job

The customer experience I received from Julia B. from the time I entered the store to paying for my purchase was phenomenal. She was informative, detail oriented and extremely patient. She made the experience so smooth and easy for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the steve madden dangerous crystal shoes at the Sherway location and picked it up later in the week because there wasn't any available in my size at the Sherway location. After receiving the item I noticed the shoe looked worn and some crystals missing on both shoes. I asked to purchase another dangerous crystal shoes and they told me they were all sold out online and in stores. I later checked online and the dangerous crystal shoes were still available and in my size. If I can give this store zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, the reps were too busy socializing amongst themselves

The store is also very clean and organized and I felt comfortable covid 19 wise in their store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love all the styles and shoes but they don't have ANY shoe that fits me... I am a size 12 or 13 wide and literally none of their shoes would even go half way on my foot. So disappointing as I probably would have bought 3 or 4 pairs if any had fit. Service was helpful and friendly anyway.
