★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so torn on Pi Co Pizza! I love the concept and I am a huge fan of Blaze Pizza so I also love PI Co, but there are definitely a few things to work on...
The good:
-Amazing pizza, they cook the pizza really well. I saw other people note the pizza was undercooked, but that has not been my experience at all. The dough is phenomenal and a clear step-up from Blaze. It is thick and delicious.
-Fantastic portion size.
The bad:
-The staff are super awkward. I can't stress this enough, I have had such odd interactions the entire time and I don't know what to make of it. Not the end of the world.
-Vegan cheese is extra (I usually get this because I am Lactose)
-They definitely aren't a fan when you take advantage of the "unlimited toppings", I don't see the point of offering it if they're just going to get upset when you actually get a sufficient amount of toppings.
Consensus: Worth trying if you like the concept of a make your own pizza place, just don't expect a great ordering experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get your pizza cut, incase someone asks for a slice.
Finally got a chance to try the new Margherita and it definitely didn't disappoint. Thin, chewy and super soft crust and base is a winner in my books. Everything about this pizza is perfect. This pizza has without question made it to my keepers list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swear this amazing pizza place at Sherway Gardens is going to be destroyed because of it’s new employees’ careless behaviour. The new employees are openly burning up and overcooking pizzas in front of everyone. There were two customers before me today who asked the employees if they burned the pizza and the employees arrogantly addressed the customers by telling them to Google search how to make pizzas. I have seen this before as well and I want to warn the owners to train their employees once again to avoid losing customers. The new employees are literally treating the pizza as naan in a tandoor over and burning up the pizza. Naan and Pizza are two different food items. You can’t treat a pizza to be cooked like a naan. Disaster waiting to happen with this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to order a margherita pizza and was overall pretty satisfied. The pizza was made fresh to order and all the ingredients in their display seemed fresh. The lady making the pizza also added extra mozzarella for free even they usually charge extra which was really nice of her. I wish the pizza was cooked a little bit more so it would have that crisp but it was still tasty regardless. Would order again if it was an option.
