I had the best experience with Anousch who took the time to show me watches from their vast luxury collection. She was so patient and sweet and I was happy to find the right watch for me. I would definitely recommend L'oro to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tai and Tamara were fantastic. I had contacted every IWC dealer in Canada and a few in the US, including IWC international and IWC Canada, to no avail. None of them could be bothered to reply to my inquiries. Tai replied immediately and was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. I received my purchase in a very timely manner and would recommend L'ORO to anyone in a heartbeat.

I could tell and appreciate that he was also a watch enthusiast who had an intimate knowledge of their product line and could quickly provide accurate details and information about nearly any piece in their display. As a collector myself it's always fun to chat with subject matter experts who are as enthusiastic and excited about watches as I am. This was my first purchase from L'oro and it will not be my last. Highly recommended!

The first time I really just popped in without intending to purchase anything and, despite that, I really got excellent service and was shown all the pieces that struck my fancy. Next time I was back the service was equally as great when I purchased the watch I have been lusting after for so long. Highly recommended.

The entire staff including Elizabeth was also very friendly. This location was not close to home but I would definitely go back again for future purchases. They were very knowledgeable about the products, watches and watch brands. Would highly recommend for watch shopping experience.
