Shows integrity as a company and as a fellow human being. Impressed by the wondeful service, rightful advice and going the extra mile. Look for aveda store person Leah (only guy) in the Westwood mall. He is the hero with a black Cape.

They gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received. They are so knowledgeable and kind. This company's values align so perfectly with mine, I only wish I started shopping here sooner.You now have a forever customer! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today to purchase shampoo and found what I wanted. Sales rep rang me up, and when I asked for the sample that would’ve come with an online purchase, she seemed annoyed. Although she did give it to me, something she said ruined the experience for me.
I’m new to Aveda products, so samples are a great way to try out new products. Am I supposed to feel bad for asking?
I won’t be returning to this location, as I’ve received much better customer service at the Eaton centre location.
