Unfortunately my last visit put a damper on our business relationship.
Disappointed to discover that VENUS beauty is unreasonable with returns/ exchanges of new, unused and unopened items that are currently on the shelf selling for regular price.
I will minimize my expenses here.
The competitors have much better policies in favour of the clients.
