This team always goes out of their way to make sure all our medical needs are met! Have been a customer for over 20 years! Thanks Sherway Shoppers team!

Store did there best to try to keep safe social distancing. It would be all good if customers and staff followed those rules. Its sad that you have supervisor who is not following rules and encourage customers to do the same. Arrows on the floor are there for a reason!!!!!! Everyone should do there share to encourage safe shopping. Sad sad sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I showed up at this location yesterday for our annual flu shot, and I was sure to call the general number before showing up, as the official Shoppers website indicated that walk-ins was the only acceptable way to get the shot. The general message stated the same. When I approached the pharmacy counter, the pharmacist and tech were both extremely busy filling prescriptions, and when I finally spoke to the pharmacist and presented my ‘barcode’ I was told that they couldn’t manage to support walk-ins for the flu shot. Unfortunately, the head office wants to promote the flu shot availability, but there is not enough staff to support this activity. Nonetheless, the pharmacist Kausha Shah and her tech were so kind and understanding and accommodating to myself and family, and through her already hectic rush, did administer our flu shots with such pleasant banter. Thank you for taking the time for us Kausha!
I’m appreciative of the efforts that the minimized staff was able to provide myself and my family to protect us, but curious why head office would promote so many locations as “walk-in” when it is clear that head office cannot support the pharmacy team in this activity. I would expect a large corporation to be better prepared to support the pharmacy staff with the many testing and vaccination services that are being promoted at each location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently Shoppers Drugmart only accepts cash and dollar bills, even at the Pharmacy. I went in to pick up a few sundry items eg. Water, crackers, and came out of there wondering if an elderly person just had to may cash for their medication. Rexall wins again, my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being forced to use their self checkout when I prefer to use the cashier. Debit, credit use the self checkout. Stop forcing this stuff on paying customers. Only lotto and paying cash is when they will assist you. No one is cleaning the self checkouts after each person who uses them. Even seen a gentleman dig into his nose and then use the touch screen and no one cleaned it afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers make up their own rules to inconvenience people during a pandemic. This shoppers employs lazy people. They don’t do exchanges or refunds on Boxing Day yet have zeros signage anywhere and do not even print it on the receipt. Fire them all.
Update, I went to another shoppers on December 26th and guess what? They returned my item, hassle free!!!!!
