Horrible attitude, August 23,2020. We entered the store, a guy who was doing nothing but sitting down seemed annoyed to the fact that customers were coming in and showed very little interest in helping us. I wanted to buy the new Samsung note20... on my way to Bell now... that guy needs to get fired.

So, they have restricted customers to enter and put a barcode to enter the virtual line. The virtual line website has error prevented me to enter. There was no one near the entrance to notice me. I waited for one hour for someone to notice me so that I can show the error and then enter, and that didn't happen. I was the only customer in line. I ended up leaving unserved.

One person working. More than an hour of wait n an hour And ignoring clients even waiting for some sort of respond from the person behind the desk. If the waiting time is more the 30 min they should tell clients, not just make them wait or not even acknowledging clients are there.

Wait times we're way longer then usual, however I got what I needed done. I did find the calling into Roger's as a business customer extremely annoying. I think I got transfered at least 5 times to get a rep that was able to help me adjust me account. Seems only some departments can access business accounts. Other issue is if your queue for cancelations is empty and we select cancel. Why do we get to a triage rep first that takes all your info then transfers you for the next agent to ask why your calling.

Would avoid this store. Had a question about an upgrade on my account, had started the process online. They told me they can't help me unless I cancelled the online order. I asked if they had the phone I wanted in stock so I could cancel the order online and finish the process in store. They just laughed and told me "we won't have any phones until boxing day." Went to the store at Cloverdale same day - they solved my issue with the upgrade and I had my new phone in <30 minutes. If you're in the area, go to the Cloverdale location instead and see Simar.

Faysal provided great service but I was sent to this location to pick up my HDPVR and return modem just to be told they don't have stock and shouldn't take my modem back but they did. Again great service by Faysal but totally messed up my account and billing and no HDPVR

Tried calling over a dozen times and no answer, as I wanted to confirm what time they were open until as the Sherway Gardens site showed 8pm, but google stated 7pm. Because I was close by I dropped by and there was only one person working on the floor, when they saw me then they asked someone in the back to come help. I don't understand why the phone was not picked up and this was extremely irritating. The rep was helpful for me to get my errand done, but not having the phone answered or even hear it ringing when I was in the store was annoying.

Had a great experience at this location the store manager Peter and his associate faysal, were extremely helpful and very friendly. Peter opened my new cellphone account he took care of everything never had to do anything but pay and sign, will be coming here from now on for all my Rogers services, keep up the great customer service!
