Shikha the store manager was very helpful knowledgeable and polite!
I came in to buy an ear bud, and end up having a better plan for my cell, and a brand new device.
Thank you Shikha for excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I went to the source in Dixie mall with my daughter and we were having a juice while sipping our mask was down and the gentleman at the store pointed out that I need to wear a mask inside the store at all times. I was fine and I acknowledged that and while inquiring about Nintendo Switch all he could talk about was Bell cellphone and internet which made me frustrated and I left without my purchase.
But today it was horrible, I went there today again for some headphones and see there was no social distance and they were with another gentleman selling him some phone who was not wearing a mask. There were 3 sales people 1 lady and 2 gents all in close proximity with that person with no mask. The staff was wearing a mask but the person they were serving had no mask on. I left furious did not say anything and regret not taking a picture and posting it online but I am sure it should be on their camera footage. I hope #HealthCanada investigates and takes action against them. They have no problem selling to an unmasked person if buying cellphone but a person just sipping juice with his mask down for a few seconds is apparently a big issue for them. No COVID protocol in place it seems, its a joke for them. And the worst part after I left I was passing by maybe around after half an hour and I could see them still in close proximity with the unmasked person. Avoid going there at all costs. Double standards.
I hope the store manager takes a strict action against them too.

They took their time explaining what plan and services would work best for us, nothing rushed and no pressure tactics. So grateful for their professionalism and knowledge. A truly wonderful experience and will definitely be a returning customer. Will highly recommend them to everyone!

They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and also set my new phone up for me while I was there. They also helped me save money ! They were overall great to deal with and I'll be going back for sure!
