I’ve been in this location twice and interacted with Ronak Patel both times - plenty of 1 star reviews here about him and how unprofessional he is.. so here is 1 more. My first time in the store I spent all of 6 minutes inside. 4 minutes was spent calmly talking with Ronak. He offered me a β€œdeal” on a TV that was, at the time, easily beat by Costco and Best Buy offers. I pointed this out that his deal was not a deal and that it was a common offer at any store - he did not counter or attempt to open a line of negotiation. End of our 4 minute interaction. I left. Second time I walk in, I was looking for a wall mount - funny enough - for the TV I bought at Costco for a better offer. Mr. Patel stops me just as I was about to leave. He asks me about my TV purchase from our first interaction. Our conversation ensues and he points out how I was rude to him last time. Cool. Everyone’s entitled with how they felt some type of way. I explained that the last time I was in a rush - I did not feel I was rude. For me, it was a calm and short interaction of a customer looking for a deal and leaving after it was not presented. Mr. Patel aka Assistant Manager proceeds to argue with me in front of his 3-4 team members to make his point that people need to kiss his shoe to get a deal. He wisely imparts that the most important part is that customers need to cater to his ego and that he has the right to have an unpleasant demeanour and approach if he feels like he has been wronged. As discussed, Mr. Patel - here is your one star that you openly invited me to give for an honest review of your customer service, sales skills, professionalism and your managerial presence. 1 star.

sold me mismatched audio cables and i was subsequently overcharged but not enough to justify returning, but somehow they manually entered it wrong instead of scanning it. separate occasion, called to inquire about monitor warranty and was provided inaccurate information, Canada Computers knew what they were talking about. going to avoid this location, had good experiences with the heartland and Burlington locations though.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the sales person ( name not disclosed on purpose) at this location (Dundas st, Mississauga). Very limited knowledge about the TV technology ( reading from the tv labels). After making we wait for approx 20 mins ( to figure out the stock ) and another 30 plus minutes to provide me couple of pricing options, i told him let me review and get back to you. The customer experience went to the next level, he instantly became aggressive and starting pressurizing. He took away the pricing written on the plain paper, started reminding me that I told him that I was here to make a purchase, told me that he was investing his time( by providing quote and he doesn’t come to work to provide price quote, really !! I wonder why does he come to work??) since he had provided me the pricing I had to make a purchase. I spoke to the manager(Mr. Patel) regarding the matter and the sales person adamantly stood there and showed no signs of apology or regret ( cheery on the top). If the senior mgt is reading and would like to improve please focus on training, get your sales team acquainted with the Canadian values and culture, let them know customers pay their salaries and commissions, teach them some basic manners and courtesy tell them to take a break if they are frustrated. This is Canada!!! P.S I ended up making an approx 3k worth of purchase after I had the round of conversation with the manager. I haven’t taken the TV out of the car yet because this whole experience was so disturbing that I don’t feel like opening the product although the product is exclusive and top of the line. It’s about the experience !!!!!

Meet Patel was awesome, he has good and accurate knowledge on all the audio/video products. Helped me narrowed down my options and find the perfect product according to my needs. Go see him if you need any electronics!

I was very impressed with the personal service and attention my sister and I received from Meet. He was extremely helpful (and patient) when recommending an updated receiver for our new speakers. A great experience even for someone who doesn't know where to start. I would highly recommend this store, thanks to Meet!

Visited Vision shop on 03-Aug-2021 in Dundas St E, Mississauga. I felt cheated after visiting this shop. Samsung model UN55TU700 was listed for $678 (picture attached for proof) and when i asked to bill, staff (his name is Meet) wasn't willing to honor the price and he wanted $848. He and his colleague (he claims to be his manager) started giving reasons that they can give only open boxes but not new TV. They were pushing me to buy their additional insurance coverage. 2 of the staffs Meet and his manager Gurmeet are just trying to cheat the customers. Avoid visiting this shop!!! If they cant honor the price why is it listed ??

We needed a dishwasher and had a particular one in mind. Vision Electronics had the best price, had it in stock & their customer service was excellent. Peter helped answer our questions by phone, and coordinated pickup. During pickup they loaded the dishwasher in our car & were patient as we asked more questions. Their warranty is nice in that if you don't have claims, at the end of the warranty period you get a store credit in the amount of the warranty cost. We also found some great prices on a few more Christmas gifts while in store. Bonus is that they are Canadian owned and operated so nice to support local business. Definitely recommend Visions Electronics.

I had remodeled my basement into a theater room and I must say, the staff helped me out huge. I'll admit, I did spend a fair amount of $ over the past few months but they gave me very fair deals on all of it. My system now sounds INCREDIBLE. As for customer service, they were awsome. I purchased a receiver thinking it was one model and after having it for a while (almost 2 months), I realized I bought the wrong one. They graciously took it back and gave me the one I originally wanted. This was completely my fault yet they still took care of it for me. Great bunch of guys!
