★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the customer service I received from this store. My drone was giving issues while I was flying. So I brought it in for repairs. The associate had called me and said that I need new propellers to put on the drone and he was going to see if there were any other issues with it. So then I rec an email saying that the only thing that I need to replace were the properls. And that he could provide a video for me to do it myself. I have no problem repairing it myswlf but i asked the associate what would be the cost for them to do the installation. Then he emailed saying that it was very easy to do so it came across as they were refusing to do it. So then i called back because i had issues making a payment online. The next associate i spoke to I asked what would be the installation for them to do it the proper way
That associate said that he would put on the propellers for me at no extra cost. So when I picked up the drone the installation was not done. Its frustrating that I've inquired and willing to pay then being told that its easy for me to diy. Then being told oh yeah ill do it for you no problem...it's like they took me as a clown and have me running in a circus. I think going forward for future purchases and repairs I'll find another retailer.

Staff are very knowledgeable of the product and love showing you every aspect of every drone.
You can tell these guys love their job and love being drone enthusiasts themselves.
I had the pleasure of being served by Danny who was so great!! Wanted to show me every drone and educate me on all the great features.
Long story short I bought the entry level drone. “The Tello” to learn and enjoy indoors till spring.
Then I’m going back and getting the next drone up.
Like seriously can the technology get any better???
Hand signals,drone follows you,takes selfies,pre flight paths etc etc etc. Just amazing!!
So much fun for family and all ages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Came to to do a return, guy says the colour is wrong…. Gives me a hassle for no reason, checks on security footage, it’s not available… wasted 30 min of my time because they don’t know how to scan products.
