The girl took my phone and said give me a minute and I'll take a look and about 5 minutes later she came back and said no issue all fixed. Was so happy especially knowing how HONEST they were. I will definately use them again and have no hesitation recommending them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best phone repair place I've been to. Today was my second visit and I've always got amazing customer service. I came in because my iPhone wouldn't charge anymore and spoke with Heather. She was extremely nice and took the time to get my phone checked. She brought my phone to the back room where Jaspreet ( probably butchering his name ) took a look at it and immediately solved my phone problem. Since it was such a minor fix I didn't have to pay anything! I even offered to buy them coffee and they rejected my invitation haha. Thank you so much for fixing my phone, saved me $100s and now I don't need to either buy a new phone or sign up for a stupid 2 years contract! Thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone stopped working completely last night. Today walked in, explained to the store owner my issue. He took the time to figure out the issue, repair and explain to me what to do if it happens again. Very grateful for his patience and time! Sorry I didn't even ask his name to thank him properly, I was just so relieved he fixed my phone. I had to return for a bit more help minutes later, he helped and didn't even charge for this! Always get great service at this location. Will be returning next week for a cord he ordered for me today. I am completely clueless with even basic tech so this is the best place to go for respectful and knowledgeable help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did what they said they were gonna do and upfront with the cost, I sent in my switch which had a problem with the mother board and they tried to fix it but it couldn't be fixed sadly. Was sent to another cpr location to get fixed and was returned to etobicoke store,which was not a problem. The only thing I was not super happy about what the Philip's screws on the switch were stripped in there holes and wont come out now. And there was a couple Philip's screws missing when I got it back. Over all service was within a week. Just unhappy about the state of the returned device.
Edit: it was not the heads of the screws, it was the recipricals in the body of the switch. I understand that there small threads, they probably got stripped when they got tightened. And the truck prong screws in the back were fine, it was the Philip's on the top and bottom of the unit, they just spin in place now. And the missing screws were 1 in the sd/prop stand and 1 side rail.

The seller figured out the issue in less than 10 seconds cleaned the corrosion from my power connector and did it for free! Now I got no more issues, excellent service and professional work.
