★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ana was amazing and went out of her way to quickly assist my fiancé and I with new purchases and trade in, quickly and knew exactly what we were after. Justin (a new transfer to this location) was also very helpful and got us set up with only the best deals. In the future I will continue to visit this location over square one (which is closer to me) purely based on the remarkable service we received. These 2 fine people spent over 2 hours with us making sure we were completely satisfied.

Telus worker told me he would add the note to my account that I came in and verified. The note was never left, Telus said they had no verification, wasted 2 hours of time for nothing. Thank you Telus. Much wow...

No hard-selling, no pressure tactics, just facts and options.
Wasn't planning to walk out with a new phone and plan, but I did. Still hating the reason why I had to get the newer more modern Samsung, but that was cushioned by good explanations, a lot of patience and an impressive amount of trouble shooting.
Well done, Ashiv.
I anticipate things running smoothly, but if there are bumps in the road, I appreciate your assistance in any such matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Telus Sherway and from the minute I spoke to Ashiv I drove 45 minutes to the store. The service consisted of purchasing a new phone, transferring all my files from old phone and re-establishing a variety of apps and passwords. Thank you for taking care of me Ashiv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to upgrade my phone and I was helped by Ghazi. While there were some delays finishing my upgrade, the customer service here was amazing. They really had my best interests and pushed to get me the best deal possible. They made it a pleasure to spend the extra time in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expressing my gratitude to Ashiv and Hugo for your immense help the other day. We came in to replace the trashed phone belonging to my son. With your advice, we all have new phones at a lower rate and four times the data, while our old devices still can be refurbished for someone else. You not only made it all happen, you even stayed an hour after closing to ensure our phones were ready to go for us so we didn't have to come back another time. You were cheerful and upbeat. And then we found out you had a long drive home ahead of you ... customer service at its finest and I cannot be more thankful.
