★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, standing outside the store waiting to pick up an order and I can see the staff ignoring my call multiple times. They don't have anyone at the door to let customers know a wait time and just stand around while the customers inside the shop are browsing. Bad management and extremely poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling multiple times Dec. 15, 2021, for 2 hours and not once did anyone pick up. ..No one is that busy they need ignore phone calls for that long. Clearly they need staff at this location that care!!!! I called the Vaughan Mills Pandora store and they answered right away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the pandora staff is completely useless. Went today to buy some earrings. The capacity said 6 the clerk let in 3 and sprayed them down. I waited politely for five min then turned around and went to Peoples and spent 3 times more than what I wanted to get at pandora. And actually a much better experience......

Why... Why these girls are ALWAYS mad? Seriously, everytime without exception. I understand that everyone needs to pay bills, but there are other options that doesn't require customer service.
Please consider this since at the end, the ones that are not happy are you guys! And that will affect you eventually!!
Hopefully, this review help! Since I love Pandora and I rather drive to Brampton to get a nice smile from staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you pay for packaging for each of your gifts and they don't send it via online order so.... you go into the retail store & the manager can't give you pandora bags! They have a shortage of bags. ( saw the bags and they gave me one because I paid for another charm to pick up in store) Unfortunately, as a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on pandora jewlery... I'm disappointed. Customer service wasn't met and I need to call head office to complain. I was told the retail stores and the online pandora have zero correlation. If I was a manager at the retail stores... I would give out the bags in real time and save my customer a head office phone call. I paid $1.00 for each gift x 3. But the online store didn't send my packaging and in store can't help! Very awkward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for about 1 hour with my 13 year old daughter so that she could exchange something I purchased her for Christmas. Finally got to the front of the line and was informed that only 1 of us could go in. She could go in alone or I could go in by myself, but we could not go in together. How ridiculous is that!? Yes we are in a pandemic, but we are both from the same household. What does it matter if there are 2 of us or 1 of us. The store already lets in 2 customers at a time!?!?!?! Completely ridiculous… I decided to just return the item and I would go back another time to buy my daughter a gift, but then the rude staff member said that I could not return it because it was purchased at another store. OMG… Seriously never purchasing from this store again. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Horrible staff.
