We went to Kate Spade Square One to look for a shoe, and was told that Kate Spade Sherway Gardens had stock. We requested the color silver for a specific model to be put on hold and that we would purchase it at Kate Spade Shereay Gardens location. Upon arriving, we told the sales representitive that we had put a pair of shoes on hold. She went to the back and got the shoes. Upon asking to see if it was the correct shoe and color, the sales representative CLEARLY appeared to be irritated and did not want to show the shoes to us to verify. Upon inspection, the shoes were of the wrong color. We asked if they had the correct color and size, and was told that inventory was already scanned in, and could not sell the shoes, as the day was done per inventory schedule. The time was 3:30 P.M. The store closes at 6:00 P.M. Unprofessional and irrational sales representative. Could not sell a shoe that was in stock in the back? Please tell me that makes sense. Bear in mind we were not rude nor aggressive to this sales representative. Corrective action needs to take place at this location, as of the three times we came here, on different occasions, we were treated poorly. Management can contact me to resolve this issue, as I would like to clearly understand what nonsense had just happened.

i had an awful experience with the two managers at this store. i went in to return an item and the managers were VERY rude to me. the first one i spoke to was accusing me for something and was challenging me over it, and the other one raised her voice at me and gave me attitude, yet had the audacity to say β€œi hope i was able to give you a better experience”. i am never ever going into this kate spade store again. the only reason why i am giving a rating of one star is because i did end up returning the item.

I had a very pleasant experience today at the store. The manager Marlene took a lot of time assisting me as well as the other salesperson working. They were very willing to help me with an online order. I ended up assisting with a purchase I made in store. I must say this was a far better experience than the one I had at the Yorkdale store. I would visit here again.

These guys are awesome! I'm definitely not an easy customer because I'm awful at making decisions and take a long time in general. I went in with a few bags in mind, but my SA (Cynthia) showed me every style and every color of those styles to make sure I ended up buying exactly what I wanted! There isn't any negative attitude I often get from luxury stores, and everyone is totally there to help you find your perfect bag!

Rude staff! simple exchange of an online purchase led to a staff member slamming boxes down and ignoring my friend and I. Would not recommend, will travel to another location for service going forward.

My wife and I are white collar professionals in health care and corporate environments. Should that matter? Apparently it does at this location. Impeccable service in the past when stopping by from the office. Smiles today for most patrons, a 10 foot tail and stoic faces towards my wife while wearing our comfy vacation attire. Whether it's corporate policy or a paucity in training, shame on you for shaming others.
