D	Dalai Mama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I apprciate the fit and Quality of Wilfred clothing, having discovered it this past Fall. My closet is now abundant with shirts, pants and dresses that I wear often and frequents receive complements from complete strangers. That said, I will agree with other reviews; customer service needs some work. If you work in retail, respect your customers enough to be helpful and at least somewhat cheerful. Because the clothing is so lovely very, I will put up with poor service, for now.

Went in here to return an item and the rude cashier with brown curly hair refused my return though it was never used and all tags were still attached. She did not even have a conversation with me just expressed that she would not accept it . Worst customer service. The girls at aritzia were so much help compared to Wilfred. Id never come back here again and expressed my thoughts to hire authorities. Teach your workers some manners

She brought variations of the same product and didn't pressure me to buy anything but really just wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. You don't get that these days. I will definitely be returning.

I was told the pants which I wanted to exchange in size 0 wasn’t available and made to order from the warehouse. It was when I went again to the store to look for more items after 20 mins I realised they actually had the pants available which they told me they didn’t have in the store. When I just asked to return it and cancel the warehouse order she wasn’t ready to help and told me that the order has already been packaged and was ready to ship and forced me with warehouse order instead of just making it simpler process. I wouldn’t recommend to shop at this location. I wouldn’t even give them one star, the worst customer service ever.

I've only ever had good shopping experiences at Wilfred Sherway (much better than the Square One location), despite being a smaller store. I wish they'd work on having more sizes available, as I really dislike ordering and waiting to get an item. But other than that, it's one of my favourite Wilfred locations!

Actually not there to constantly bombard you or sell you stuff you don’t wanna buy, so accommodating and hospitable when I was trying on dresses. One of the staff there (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I came back the next day to change my purchase, she even put a pretty top on hold which I ended up buying anyway before the end of the day! Wilfred staff are just ON POINT! Great job!!
