★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my wife and I were there recently, the staff barely acknowledged her until she had some clothes to try on. Then at checkout, the representative was at best dismissive, close to rude. She didn't even say thank you after the sale was processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this store multiple times in the past couple months with my girlfriend and every time we come into this store we run into a very pleasant employee named Liza and we always receive the best customer service from her! The store does not have chairs to sit on in the fitting room and she always goes the extra mile to get a stool from the rooms so we are not standing while waiting, she is always very helpful and makes our shopping experience as fast as possible and is very knowledgable about all the clothing. Wonderful employee and very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service. The lady acknowledged that I was picking out a few items and offered me a change room. When there was a dress that I tried on that was torn but I really wanted, the staff at the register offered to have it ordered online and shipped home. I was checked on while I was in the change room and offered assistance if I needed anything. Very well trained staff. I was offered assistance on multiple occasions. It made for a very positive shopping experience .

When I went there about two weeks ago, I saw a suite online and went to this store, hoping to try the suit on. However, this SA called Enza (possibly incorrect spelling) did not listen to me at all. I told her the name of the suit I was looking for, but she just ended up recommending a totally different one to me, asked me to try on, and was being extremely pushy. I bought the suit, went back home, showed it to my partner, and ended up returning it because it does not really look good on me.
I really really dislike pushy SAs, so it was a terrible shopping experience. Besides, even though mask mandate is no longer in place, Enza stood super super close to me without a mask, so it really made me felt even more uncomfortable.
