★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the product quality and don't mind paying the price, however their new return policy is very disappointing and inflexible.
I was once a very loyal customer, however moving forward I unfortunately will take my business elsewhere. No wonder Homesense is doing so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Rude staff. Ordered an expensive rocker for the nursery and it is taking 16 weeks (which was not explained, was told 8-12 weeks) and apparently if I want to cancel my order now or change it there is a 20% re-stocking fee which was also not explained prior to purchasing. The 20% re-stocking fee does not make sense as it is not a custom piece or custom colour it is their basic rocker in basic white fabric. I would never recommend ordering a $1,300+ rocker/glider or any large furniture piece from them unless you reside in the U.S.
Overall, this location simply has rude staff that severely lack customer service skills and possess absolutely no phone manners. Just an absolute terrible experience once your large furniture purchase is completed with absolutely no updates on the progress or estimated completion date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This actually my first review ever!! I didn’t even have a google account before this, but seeing that so far I had a GREAT experience with this Pottery Barn Kids; I just could not resist. I contacted them over the phone and spoke customer service rep. by the Name of Mia. I called to inquire about a bed that was no longer available (discontinued) and she went above and beyond to find me one. She was amazing and I’m so happy since I really wanted that bed for my daughters. I only ordered today so I have not received it yet but I just had to express what a pleasant experience this was and I hope the rest of my experience with this order is as smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is terrible. Tried using both phone and home computer to purchase and there are glitches nonstop. Customer service was unable to help. Had friend try from her device and same problem, wont go to checkout. Been trying to online order for over 2 weeks unsuccessfully and finally today got it. Backpack is $52.... with shipping and taxes it comes out to $103.... Are u kidding me? Now im definitely moving on to something else, no backpack or hassel is worth this much to me. Of course just my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store isn't very well stocked compared to online inventory, and they will charge an arm and a leg for shipping it. No free ship to store option which is quite ridiculous. Took off two stars because the sales rep kept trying to convince me the 'large size' backpacks were the largest size they offered while I was carrying a significantly larger one I had purchased 3 years ago and is still offered online (for the same price I might add). Honesty and clarity is the best policy, even if it means you might lose a sale. The store should consider carrying their largest size backpacks because the large offered won't last your kids past kindergarten.
