★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soft and Warm beautiful jacket. It is expensive. But the quality is there. I read bad reviews and was hesitant about going there. I went in feeling like I was going to be judged. I was not at all, I felt like I was shopping with my best friend. She was very friendly and helpful and honest about the way the different jackets looked on me. And helped me until I was satisfied with the best feeling and looking jacket for me. I'm glad I did go @ Sherway Gardens mall on February 07 2020. Best investment for winter in Canada. I will be back again, probably next week to get accessories. Thanks so much for all your help with getting different sizes and zipping up all my jackets since I was having trouble getting them on Due to my recent car accident. Much appreciated! What can I say you can't please everybody and their egos. Lol. Thanks again. See you next week and future months to come. Maggs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Manager should be able to resolve a customer issue and not fully ignore the customer and let an associate handle the situation just because she is too lazy. Definitely not recommending this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give a shout out to Tamara, Allison and Stephanie. All of you ladies are amazing and turned my experience at Rudsak Sherway into one that I will never forget.
I can't thank you enough for the trouble you went through to find my coat even in the midst of uncertainty.
And to Tamara, you went above and beyond and I really can't thank you enough.
I'll definitely be back and will be telling all of my people about you ladies. Sherway it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the women's Malik coat for my sister for her birthday and imagine my horror when she was stalked and harassed for wearing a coat with fur trim - I had no idea these things happened here and my poor sister, who has social anxiety to begin with, can't bare to wear the coat again - or even go to Sherway again because she's so traumatized by the nasty things that were said to her - since this experience I found all sorts of these actions shared on Facebook and Instagram and I'm suprised anyone still purchases these items - turns out its traumatizing to animals and customers alike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there looking for a jacket. Could not find the jacket but found one of the best people who left a great impression. Anna was super nice and helpful, not only she helped by trying to find if any other store is carrying what I want but also suggested options. She was super pleasant with kids alike and we left the store empty handed but happy hearts. They have a nice selection of jackets and winter coats.
