★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent products and promotions but watch out for the middle aged Karen with blue eyes, long blond and silver hair with black rimmed glasses. She was so horrible! I walked in there and went to smell the apple pumpkin soap- it was separate from the other bottles so I thought automatically that it was the sample bottle, my bad. I just pushed the dispenser and The B and B Karen came running over and snatched it out of my hands telling me off saying it wasn’t a sample and that now she had to take it to the back and couldn’t sell it… ok, total over reaction. So I Karen’d Karen and complained to the manager about her rude behaviour. The manager was very nice…but seriously Karen, it was just one small pump! I didn’t need to be scolded like a two year old with your face all up in mine! Plus the grab was just silly. Anyhow haven’t been back since, ruined my shopping experience- I order online now

I was very confused what to buy. And all other staffs keep making sure that customers are doing ok. Best staff service. Wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and good customer service, I came in last minute Christmas chopping and there was still some decent options for purchase. Not sure if ai just missed the inventory but I didnt seem like there were very many "gift sets" at all, but there was a lot of mix and matching of individual items. They have some great scented candles, I.ledt with a few as great simple gifts! Thanks again to the stacf for all your help.
