★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad service. I kept calling for curbside pick up. I could see them in the store through the the window but they wouldn’t pick up the phone or come to the door. Short hard haired lady kept looking through the window and finally came to the phone . She hung up and wouldn’t pick up. This all happened at 12pm during business hours. These people should not be employed. I have never received such bad service. Just horrible. They stare you in the face and keep going about their business, not answering the store phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wish i could give less than 1 star for this location. That being said, the other ladies in the store are amazing and so friendly but the manager is most definitely not. Every time i have went in to that store while she was working was a horrible experience. The manager is rude and impatient and for some reason likes to yell at customers. I understand people have their off days and sometimes aren't always friendly, but she is like this every single time I have went into that location.
Will now be making the extra trip to go to a different Sallys that isn't being run by a rude, unprofessional, unfriendly manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with curb side pickup. Charlene was amazing, I told her what I was trying to do with my nails and she gave me various options and described them over the phone. She definitely made the transaction a lot easier especially ordering over the phone and not being able to see the product. My nails turned out great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to despise coming to this location under the previous management. There is still an older lady here (possibly an assistant manager) who is absolutely terrible and yells at everyone during the curbside pickup. I've shopped 2 times where she has been miserable, yelled at me and others. However yesterday's experiance was different. The newer manager (i missed her name but she has navy blue hair) was so so SO helpful. She was patient and helped me navigate through my bleaching mix up and recommended products to help restore my hair for a reasonable cost. She spent 30 minutes showing me things through the window while making me comfortable and laugh the whole time. Kudos to Sally for this manager, just maybe loose the other one. I cant recommend enough coming to this store and seeing the blue haired manager. She is AMAZING. thank you!
