★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a large three topping pizza, when I went to pick up my order at first the guy said my order but with chilli flakes and I said that my order but no chilli flakes.. he then continued looking at the boxes and grabbed the exact same one and said this is the box and took the receipt from the box for me not to see. The problem here is my wife has a very low tolerance to spicy and my child is only 16 months old… my wife coughing up a lung from the chilli flakes in our pizza and I had to go order nuggets so my child can eat… didn’t know this place was loaded with penny pushers to allow orders like that go through! Worse part to this was the flakes were under all the meat so even when checking you wouldn’t notice it at first till after you tasted the flakes and start looking closer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here a while ago. Horrible experience at this location, and won’t be returning. Walked in for a simple cheese slice and there nothing to serve. You can at least have a veggie pie and cheese pie ready to go. Employee did not offer to make a pie or any other suggestions. He just looked at me blankly and just walked away from the front counter. I ended up walking out and headed over to Pizza Nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is always burnt on one side when I get the pizza delivered. So I went to store to pick up myself this time and the guy at the reception was so rude. He first didn't agree it was burnt, I showed him another part of the same pizza which was fine and for that he didn't have an answer. So he said it's Friday and their oven is busy, so they couldn't give each pizza more attention. I don't get any special discounts because it's a Friday, so I expect the same quality irrespective of how busy the restaurant is. I didn't want to be rude but the guy's attitude got on my nerves. Will never order from here again! Apart from this, the food tastes very good though. It's a shame they don't have staff with people skills at the counter and who can admit a mistake when they make one.
