★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here a few weeks ago and met with one of your skin care experts. I do not know their name but I believe he/they had light brown/orange hair! He/they were very kind and knowledgeable about products. My skin care questions were addressed and I would highly suggest going to this location to talk to their skincare experts! Other than that, my experience at the cash wasn't exactly the best - it felt like the cashiers didn't want to be there? Overall, a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location is terrible. I went in to find two items and they didn’t have it on the floor so I asked for a product check for one. The employee left and started talking to their coworkers then came to tell me they would let me know if they have it. 30 mins later I had to find them and ask again for them to tell me they didn’t. No communication. The second item I also asked another employee to check, they said someone in the back will do a product check and they would let me know, then I see the employee walk out of the store on break with no update to me on the product check. On top of this, both items said they were in stock at this location on the app and not “limited stock”. People spend hundreds here and the customer service is terrible. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location on Wednesday and an employee with green bangs was very helpful with answering questions about acne products and the appropriate amount/frequency to apply them. She was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased over 200 dollar products yesterday and not even a little sample wasn't given to me since we are close to Christmas. Seriously, can you be a little more cheap than that??
I asked the seller if anything free sample was in my bag and she quickly replied "no".
Anyways it's Corona virus i guess Sephora is feeling the impact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to the Sherway store April 2nd 2022 to purchase me a gift. He said the store was busy and no one to assist him. The products he got me was not the right shade and he went back today to do a simple exchange. They said my account was locked and would not exchange the item. I called to speak with the Manager named Ashley and she was so rude and disrespectful to both me and my husband! She made statements to the effect that I abused their products and tried to make it more complicated than it was! My husband a sales person himself was appalled by this store’s customer service! We are never shopping there ever again!
