★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Nordstrom at Sherway Gardens yesterday and as usual I was kindly greeted by the associates and asked if needed any assistance. My experience at this Nordstrom yesterday was very strange and in my opinion not your typical Nordstrom standards. The manager, “Jennifer” was extremely rude and unprofessional, I had an absolute great experience with all the associates except for her, every associate I came into contact with went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and help me in any way possible but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for the manager, there was a huge contrast with her demeanour which ruined my experience as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic shopping experience. The customer service here is amazing. I have come to Sherway multiple times in just a casual t-shirt and a lot of other upscale stores ignore you, but not here. They make you feel welcome, and are very willing to assist with whatever you may need. Prices may be a little high, but the quality of what you get is top-notch and the staff is always willing to work with you to ensure you leave happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a pair of jeans for pick up around 3pm went to the location for pickup around 6pm. When I arrived I was told that the jeans were “being processed” ( they were still on the rack) so I had asked if I could grab them off the rack and get that pair “the pair I purchased online. They said no and that I would be charged for that a pair and could return the ones I originally ordered. I was in a rush so I bought the pair. Now being double charged I get an email when I buy them in store. Email starting “Sorry the item you wish to purchase is no longer available”. This is absolutely unacceptable and just poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a royal ambassador customer with Nordstrom. I have no any issues with Nordstrom before, however , I had purchased a serum on Nov. 13th online, I have received a hat ! ! ! A hat , can you Image it ? I do understand this is a busy season, employee may make mistakes, however , when I phoned them to solve this problem, no one can really help me!!! I tried to contact the store manager, no one answer neither. I had really bad shopping experience with Toronto Nordstrom store this time, and I would not shop with this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Kannie D, I got exactly what I needed and wanted. Your expertise on makeup and your polite manner made my shopping experience excellent. My Bobby Brown foundation and Laura Mercy loose powder marched exactly to my skin. I also loved the lipstick ?. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate the staff who helped me the last few times I visited the store. My experience in the departments I went to was great! Nadia in sunglasses (yes, those Chanel shades WERE different ;) ), Freddy in ladies' shoes (Thanks so much for helping me find the exact Timbs that I wanted :) !! ), and Kate at the alterations is one of the greatest (Your work is impeccable, literally perfect!). Yes, I even took down the staff names because they were great every second of my visit to this Nordy location. Looking forward to see y'all for another great shopping experience!! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service. I had a private shopping experience and dressing when shopping for an outfit for a wedding. The dresses and shoes chosen for me were all gorgeous. We settled on a beautiful dress and shoes and received many compliments. I don't think I'll ever shop for myself again. You got a customer for life. I went back a few days later and bought more shoes. Thank you.
