★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some masks and shaving butter. Greeted at the door with hand sanitizer and friendly staff. Just about business as usual with the rules in place. Easier shopping than normal tho due to the rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is AMAZING here. I went in looking for some cream to help my son with eczema. I had heard of "Dream Cresm" and planned on literally grabbing it on going. While browsing I was approach by an employee and she was amazing. She explained why and what in the dream cream helps with soothing dry skin, moisturizing and just an overall smooth feel. On top of all that she gave me a few samples of other creams and bath gels that would help. I am so grateful, it took just 2 or 3 days to notice an huge difference in my sons skin. Thank you lush!!!

I had some great conversations with all of them. they were super helpful, and were able to help me find everything I needed. I got some great recommendations from them too :) I will happily be back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill-mannered employees. My younger sister (aged 6) has autism and asthma. Because of this, she is exempt from wearing a mask. When walking in the door, an employee passive aggressively reminded us of the mask mandate- when my father informed the employee of my sister's condition she did not care, she again disgruntledly explained that there is a mask mandate. Inform your employees of customers with potential health conditions- especially children. There are many health related reasons for an individual to NOT wear a mask including copd, asthma, PTSD, and many more. PLEASE explain to employees that these health conditions exist and making customers feel uncomfortable is NOT okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lush location wont allow you to touch products if you refuse to use hand sanitizer (due to psoriasis)… doesn’t help that their sink is broken so you cant wash your hands either. Weird how a brand promoting healthy vegan products forces you to use unhealthy chemicals on your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some new soap , new bath bombs and creams. Everytime i walk into this establishment i end up smelling and trying everything. We were in there for an hour , soent alot of time of the fragrance of the soap. I think we perfected it . My first shower with this stuff was heavenly, the ideal treat for a construction worker

The employees are always very friendly and helpful and try to get you the product you want without being pushy.
Love it here, but the smell can be overwhelming for those sensitive to smells.
