★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got here at 10:30 am as they are to open at 10:00 am and they were closed. Had employees go to the window and signal me that they open at 11:00am so here at I waiting outside to pick up my item. There is no sign that says that they open at 11:00 am so unprofessional.

She took an interest in what we were looking for and helped us navigate/narrow down our options. She even indulged us in some fun with trying on engagement rings! I liked how she was very patient with my inquiries and never made me feel rushed into purchasing anything. She definitely went above and beyond! Thank you Farrah! I will definitely be coming back here with future Tiffany purchases!

They didn't give any information or talk about there ring. Just let me try it on and then waited for me to make a decision. Would like to see more discussion in sales associates.
Did send a follow up card to my house after I purchased the ring which was nice!
