However I gave my ring for repair in December 2021, the company sent the ring back without any repairs done and now it’s February 13 2022 and there is still no update regarding my ring. Company is expensive but yet the jewelry gets rusty. Very disappointed.

Laura suggested an alternative product and gift wrapped it in the most beautiful way possible! Thank you again for the gorgeous packaging and for finding an alternative gift!
M	M Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After much thought I decided to voice my complaint regarding my experience with Swarovski at Sherway Gardens this past Mother’s Day. On Sunday I made my way to Swarovski at Sherway Gardens to pick up a last minute present for my mother. Much to my surprise, the store doors were locked. The store was full of people but no one would let me in. I found this very odd being that it was still hours before closing. I couldn’t believe that on such a day the store would be closed. As a result, I had to shop elsewhere.

By the third question his coworker came out of the back room and interrupted me. She swiftly answered the question and asked if that’s was everything or if there were more while rolling her eyes. It was clear that they prefer when the store is empty to hang out and do nothing.
D	Dania O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were standing in line and the guy working there did allow us to enter and so when we entered , a lady with black hair(seemed to be the manager) came and told us we only allow 8 people , you guys shouldn’t be inside then she said go stand in the corner and don’t come close to other people because they get mad . First of all how rude of her to tell us not to be go close to people or they will get mad like we’re not gonna touch them, sooo disrespectful of her. When I wanted to buy tatic bangle she became very nice, what kind of way of treating the customers is that?? , also it’s not our problem that the employee working at Swarovski allowed us in and doesn’t know how to count properly. I am honestly surprised that Swarovski hires rude people. I am never going back to this store again, had the worst customer service ever and I’ll tell everyone that I know about how rude the employees at Swarovski are !!!

I kinda already knew what I wanted to get my wife but the lady there really helped me out. I thinks her name was Catherine. She asks lots of questions to try to help me figure it out. She was kind and not pushy, which I liked. Catherine helped me picked out what I thought was the perfect necklace, something that went with my wife's red and black dress that she was planning on wearing for one of her bridesmaids engagement party. My wife loved the necklace. It is like a treasure trove in there. Cheaper than diamonds but just as blingy

I was approached by a tall women with red hair who helped me from beginning to end. Not only did she show me many options in different price ranges, she she was beyond helpful. I ended up with a gift I know my sister will love and now know where to get futures gifts. Thank you thank you!
