Fossil Store

Came in to get my smartwatch serviced, and they were super friendly and helpful. It was on warranty, so they just replaced it, and offered to resize my metal band on the spot. I also brought in a few older watches for battery replacement. The gentleman that worked there could only manage to open and replace the battery on one, but offered to keep one of the older models to send out and get serviced, while not charging me for the one he did replace due to the inconvenience of me having to come back. Outstanding service! Many thanks.

Excellent customer service. Was sent to this store by downtown Toronto Fossil who were out of stock for that model. The watch had broken down but was still under warranty. Cause of the covid and longer repairing time they instead gave me a new watch as a replacement. The staff at the counter,Liveleen was very helpful and patient. She answered and cleared all my questions regarding the warranty which the other store failed at. I found that staff here is more informative and I left the store with a new watch and a smile.

If you ever want the best nicest customer service,this locations staff is amazing I have never dealt with great polite service as I have here ever!!! You will leave happy and treated right

My husband and I went to this store last week. Hannah and Nina were working and they were both extremely helpful. It was one of Hannah’s first shifts but she was doing really well and we were super happy with our experience here. If I could give 6 stars I would! The store was also super presentable and we will be shopping from here more often! Thanks guys ?

Taking the time right now to write a review about this amazing store. I went to Sherway Gardens last week looking for some gifts, I was about to leave and thank god I didn't because I saw the Fossil sign and knew I had to stop here to find what I was looking for. From the moment I walked in the store was empty and it was just the workers but boy were they the most welcoming workers ever. I usually don't shop at accessory only places so I wasn't exactly sure where exactly I was going to go or what styles, but I was shown where the women's wallets were, I took a look found one I thought was great as a gift, then the worker helped me over to the men's section where I didn't find a wallet as a gift but I did find a watch and I knew it would be the perfect gift and I didn't know this but when you buy a watch you can get it engraved for free (bonus)! Finally I had to treat myself lol, for years I've been waiting to get a good watch a nice one that was unique and wouldn't get overrated. The girl had on her wrist the new Hybrid watches, and I loved how it looked, from the band to the actual numbers and hands itself, and rose gold. I also found it great for dressing up or down plus it connects to ur phone so thats a plus! But I fell in love with it for mainly how it looked. This place and the staff are so deserving of the 5 stars I wish I could give them like a bonus or something because I've been in customer service since I was 15 years old so I know how difficult it is but also how great it feels to know that there are still people out there who aren't rude or have snobby customer service but are so genuine and willing to help you and answer questions. I've never been served like that at any store and i've been to plenty and I always notice customer service, they were giving me answers even before I could ask my question as if they knew what I was going to ask next, they helped me connect the phone in the store (my service was bad so it didn't work but I did myself it's easy). Also I'm the type that I can't be talked into buying things so the girl that helped me didn't try to sell me something "better" or more "expensive" after I quickly grabbed that one watch without really looking at anything else. The only thing she showed me was the watch I was eyeing on her wrist. So needless to say if you lost faith in humanity's customer service skills or have had a bad experience go to this place, these workers here literally made my day. See you all at my next battery change, haha. It's also funny how I accidentally went into the store before it (Frank+Oak I think) because I was walking and looking at the sign but walked in one store too early so when I walked out is when I realized I wasn't even in Fossil until I saw how many wallets,bags and watches were on display at when I walked out.

service was okay when i was purchasing but then i saw a different price online and came back to inquire if they price match to the website and the associates were so rude and werent even making eye contact. I asked my friend who works at fossil square one and she said that they shouldve price matched but were probably too lazy to do so. its just a $15 difference lol.. but the fact that they were so rude is what really bothered me. do better. thanks.

We found a gem of a Salesperson in this store, Ramneeh Dhillon. We had to go through 4 very lacking gentleman before we stumbled upon this lady. She was everything these other salesmen were not. We had bought a smart watch approx 3 weeks ago but what we wanted was a hybrid watch. Long story short, we returned the initial purchase, for what we wanted from the beginning. We certainly look the long way around. Her communication style was perfect for us. She was patient, as well as informative about the quality and benefits of the Fossil brand. So much so, we spent double our initial purchase. Thank you Ramneeh, you made the 3rd trip to this store, the best experience.
