The carry very few models of jackets and all you to go online to decide what jacket you want. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would give 0 stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great in-store experimental experience, make sure you enter the freezing room with the Expedition coat on, there is real snow inside! If you make your order before 1 pm you can get it delivered by the end of the SAME day, it’s awesome.
I myself am a Canada Goose consumer, and I’m very happy I have an Expedition parka, made for extreme cold weather, no doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait times even though the staff say only a couple mins. Many customers exited and I was still standing outside. Avoid this location to save your time. It’s almost as though you’re being used for social proof outside the store to draw customers in.
This is an experience store. The only experience I got was a bad experience with a handful of jackets.
I also don’t think they learn from customer reviews. All you see is someone replying to your review justifying the wait times and not fixing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1.5 hours to get into the store, only to find there were hardly any coats to try on.
Not sure why no one came out of the store to tell people in line that it would essentially be no different than ordering online, because we wouldn’t have wasted our time… if they had told us we could have driven to Yorkdale in the time we waited. We are not from Toronto, not everyone knows it is an experience store, and I feel like we were a bit short with the staff because of how long we’d waited, which isn’t fair to them.
Didn’t get to try the coat on in the colour as they didn’t have it… if you go into the store I think that is part of the experience, because you won’t know if the colour actually suits you or not.
I saw some reviews mentioning the -15 degree room, we weren’t offered to do that.
And, we don’t live in Canada, so the coat we ordered might not even arrive in time before we fly back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location and was helped by Fatima, who was amazing and so patient and nice. I must have tried on at least 10 different models of parkas, and then I tried on the 2 styles I was stuck between probably another 10 times, as I was having a really hard time deciding between one that was a more tailored fit and one that was warmer. She remained very helpful and sweet. The wait wasn't particularly long either, probably less than 20 minutes (when I went to Yorkdale, it was over an hour). I had never even heard of a cold room before, so that was awesome to be able to really test out the jackets. I'm really happy with my purchase, the Trillium parka is a total game changer and I don't know how I lived in Toronto for so many years feeling miserable in the winter. Great experience, would definitely recommend going to this location and investing in a Canada Goose!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you have the whole day to waste on a store that hardly carries any jackets, DO NOT go to this store. I went to buy a jacket, waited 2 hours to get in the store, there was only one size available in the jacket I needed so we were asked to buy and exchange the size if not okay. We got the jacket, size did not fit, so to exchange went again. Was asked if I was here to BUY, when mentioned that I needed to exchange I was told the wait time was an hour. Gave name and number, when went back after an hour and half, I was told I had to wait another 30-45 minutes, I inquired if they had sizes available and was told they'd place an online order for me in store. I told the girls at the door if they can just process my return right there just like they were processing purchases for customers, and I could place another order online myself; they made excuses and disappeared. I had to demand to see the manager to have someone come out and simply process my refund, 2 hours later. There are no jackets at this location. Do yourself a favor, buy the jacket online or at Sporting life or any other location just like I did. They only prefer customers who BUY, not the ones who want to exchange/refund!
