After viewing my old apps and comparing them to the new apps installed on this phone Service was great And the store is very brightly lit I believe going to other Cell phone stores might have taken a lot longer than it did at this source that's a good thing thanks.

But the rep who helped me went above and beyond, & was so kind & patient. He called Virgin twice & managed to straighten everything out with no charge. I am very impressed.
