★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung fold3 cracks in the fold. Staff blamed me for the crack. They said screen cracks aren't covered by manufacturers' warranty. The screen cracked in the fold twice in 2 weeks. They didn't call me when the phone was repaired, I had to call multiple times for them to answer my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone stopped charging. Went some place, they said need to change charging port for 120$. Came this place. The store person (Kevin) took my phone to the back and brought back and said "we cleared charging port and it works ok". I have cleared by myself before, it didn't help. For sure they did more advanced cleaning (for free). Impressed with honesty and customer service. Thank you very much, Kevin.

She is the Best first time she gave me Best store deal on Galaxy bud 2 and she ordered olive color for me from other store and follow up with me for pick up. second time I asked her about S22 ultra she helped me in pre booking and later in getting that phone by understanding my urgency.
Best part about her is that she followed up with me to know how's my new phone and also offered her help if I need any help to understand the features of S22 Ultra.

Happy was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. The pleasantness continued in person when I arrived to pick up the items I had on hold. Samsung is benefitting from people like Happy.

The entire staff were very professional and courteous. In sales we spoke with Kevin Y and service we dealt with Stephanie A. They all went above and beyond my expectations.
As the result of their stellar service we ended up purchasing a new cell phone and smart watch.
A much better experience than dealing with Rogers or any other carrier as they took their time and offered options and carefully explained them to us in order to make an informed decision.
Keep up the good work team Samsung experience at Sherway Gardens!

We had to wait more than 30 mins to talk to a sales person.
Sales person was really nice and helpful.
Not many products on display. Only latest phone, tablets and few other electronics are available.
I thought experience store would have more products on the display
Free parking available near the mall.
