I had the pleasure of being serviced by Damiano and Amanda at the Sherway location. Their service was impeccable. Damiano was very polite, respectful and helpful! Amanda was so knowledgeable and on point with her attentiveness to detail and enhanced my customer experience! Highly recommend this location as they both understand customer service and ones need to provide you individual attention to get the products you’re looking for! Thank you to all at Harry Rosen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I had the best experience at Harry Rosen this past week! We booked an appointment for a custom suit consultation for our wedding, and we were given the royal treatment! Rino, our specialist, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with our budget to make our vision come to life, and made sure that every single detail was to our taste. Rino was also very thorough with measurements and was so helpful when we weren’t confident about certain choices. In the end we selected two custom tuxedo jackets, pants and a shirt. I’ll be sure to add a photo to this review when my fiancé is all dressed up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store unfortunately we had a disappointing experience while shopping for my fiancé's wedding tux/suit.
We arrived when the store opened hoping it would be less busy which it was, but no one approached us asking if we needed help even though there weren’t many customers. We eventually went to someone and asked for help. We told them we hadn't decided the exact style or colour and would like some guidance and to see options - he proceeded to show us two black suits - he didn't offer to let my fiancé try them on and when we said those two styles weren't quite right, he didn’t offer to show any more styles or colours and we awkwardly stood there.
We asked if maybe they did custom suits which he said they did but we would need to come back next week to talk to someone and then book some time in because there was a sale for custom suits. We appreciated being told about the sale but he didn’t provide any more information about when we should come back next week and if we could just book an appointment now.
It would have been great if he could have walked us through more styles and fabric options so we could be more prepared and have a better idea of what to buy. Again, we didn’t necessarily want a custom suit but he only showed us two very similar options.
Overall not the best start to our shopping experience, especially when compared to the customer service I received shopping for a wedding dress. We will probably try the Yorkdale store instead or look at other options given the price of these suits - we would have appreciated more assistance when picking them out.

My brother had mentioned Harry Rosen so I called the store and Trevor was extremely helpful over the phone and suggested us to get a custom made suit which was at a pretty good price too. We met Trevor in person, and he was even more helpful! He took his time with us, showed us all different colours/styles etc. He seems to have lots of experience and gave us suggestions and recommendations. We ended up buying a suit. The customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this store.

Rino Magisano was my advisor and was kind enough to introduce himself and help me in my need of finding an impeccable suit to match the occasion for my wedding. He took the time to walk me through and educate me in what makes a suit and what material is best required for the season. He placed an Italian flair and influence into a munroe suit for me and I can't say how happy I was when it turned out to be just what I needed and especially from top services being provided by Rino. Can't wait to come back in and get my next suit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
