★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked to someone to get my shoes and little Asian kid kept trying to sell me something that I did not like. I asked him to order me a size 6 he said he can’t. I asked him to find me a size 6 he said he can’t. This was very poor service and will be taking my business else where. I shall never return here at all. I couldn’t get my self a pair of shoes with out being so mistreated and not properly served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience at this store was OK. The product speaks for itself, sketchers is comfortable quality footwear.
Now, the organization needs to increase the number of staff working on Saturdays as well as putting emphasis on the employees by investing the time to properly train their staff in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to commend this Asian guy and I believe his name is Liam, I hope I got it right. I am reaching out to you to let you know about how grateful I am with the customer service I had with you at Etobico, this guy who never showed me racism and patiently helped me out in choosing the shoe that fits me best.
Most of the times I don't get asked about what I want or what I am looking for or worse no help or assistance at all. They will just sell whatever is expensive and doesn't consider the needs of the customer, but Liam, he totally understood me and asked me everything before suggesting what would be best and beneficial for me.
I do hope skechers would be able to train more people like him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never really had a preference for Skechers shoes and had decided to just walk into the store. Who knew I was going to walk out with two pairs of the comfiest shoes I have ever owned!?? A big shout out to Liam who got what I liked after I picked up a few pairs! (I like clean designs). He asked me where I would be wearing them and I said I walk a lot and... I was introduced max cushioning. It's been some time now and I'm definitely going back to Skechers to get a few more pairs! I hope I see Liam there too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience. My husband and I went in to this location recently as we needed to exchange a size for shoes we picked up from a different location the day before. From the initial phone call confirming the size was in stock at the Sherway location to the in-store service I was blown away. Elmer a big shout out to you for your assistance and guidance. He was soooo polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. I was so happy with the service, I have since gone back and picked up two more pairs for the summer. ?.....again, thank you Elmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elmer is amazing! My wife and I went to another Sketcher location and had a very lacklustre experience - so the bar was definitely not set very high. Not sure how Elmer did it - but I purchased 2 pairs of sandals for my wife and a pair of Go Walk 6s for myself - and it was worth every penny. Elmer was knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and just overall a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be coming back to Sketchers anytime we need footwear. Thank you, Elmer! Cheers.
