Came in with my husband looking for internet for our new home and was helped by JayAnne. I did not have my I.D. on me so she printed out a quote for me, went over all the fees and told me all the details I needed to know. When I came back she had already left for the day, but Lex finished it up for me, helped me select the correct day for set up and he went over all the the details one more time. Staff are very patient and thorough with their work. Will come back.

Very rude associates especially when they push you to buy. I went inside for a new phone plan and they were trying to push me to buy a new phone along with a crazy expensive plan not to mention the extra fees that make no sense!! Definitely not going to return.

I had a an incredible experience at the Bell store at Cloverdale Mall. Alex helped me upgrade my iPhone 7 plus to the new iPhone XR. He spent the time help me back up my current phone and transfer all the data onto my new phone. There were a few set backs and he ended up spending 2 hours fixing my phone with his coworker Anthony. Together they provided excellent customer service and care. I highly recommend visiting this store, as the customer service is outstanding!

My 5g data is so slow it drops Facebook messengers calls. Phone calls drop too, and I am in Toronto! So much for Canada's largest network.

Great staff. Came here to update my phone plan. Location is clean. Staff is professional. I got everything done in a timely manner. They follow all covid guidelines. I'm very satisfied as I love customer service. I wouldn't go to any other location Thank you to donato for helping me out

Went at end of November...went to update my phone & plan. I was met professionally by Mohammed. When he quoted my options, I told him I didn’t care for all the charges and options - so he kept offering options to reduce costs and limits. Totally satisfied with the service from Mohammed, a professional young man who could work for my retail anytime. Spent over an hour going over new hardware and it’s functionality with me. All staff there were also professional in dealing with other customers trying to interrupt my service update. Very professional. Donato later helped very competently and eagerly when I returned a day later with software issue.. I’ll go back; but I don’t expect less next time.

Nothing to do with this store. Bell told me I was getting things for free. Now they are charging me 139 a month for my phone. 163 for internet and a fibe app. I am not even sure how much for smart home. Over 300 dollars a month is way to much. Very disappointed with the cost and service. Like not doing what they said they would.
