L	Lynda Brewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoes are great but customer service was terrible. My daughter-in-law and I were there 20 minutes with no offers of help. We had 5 shoes we wanted to try on and when we approached a sales clerk to see if she could help us next, she said "I can't help you. I'm with a customer." Very rude, no apology, no "I'll be right with you". She looked at another sales clerk who also had a customer and rather than offering to help us when she was done, that clerk said "she's with a customer!" We wanted to be customers too. The third clerk stood in the doorway to the back room just staring. We dropped the shoes and went next door to Naturalizer and bought a lovely pair of shoes. The sales staff there were wonderful. Walking on a Cloud needs to address this horrendous customer service.

After trying to get someone attention for 10 minutes I left and went to Star shoes nearby. They also carry wide widths and much better prices. Left 15 minutes later with a great pair of shoes.

But he need them and the mall is great to visit because it's not too crowded.

A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking on A Cloud is one of my favourite shoe store. They carry a lot of good quality brand shoes that I always find one that I like. I have bought most of my shoes from this store through the years. They have a good selection of shoes and are nicely displayed that makes it easy to choose the style and colour that one needs. When needed there is a staff that provides assistance.

I had bought 2 different styles of the same brand shoes, one from this store and one from a competitor in a different location. I came to return the ones I bought here the next day ( unworn, in the original box, with the receipt). and they refused to take them back because I had BROUGHT THE WRONG BOX LID. By mistake, I had brought the lid of the competitor's shoes (just the lid!) The lids were IDENTICAL, except that the competitor's lid had the competitor's sticker on it. All Walking on a cloud had to do was remove the sticker. Instead they made me drive all the way home (highway) to get the correct lid. They claimed they couldn't sell them with the lid I had brought. I'm sure that in inventory not all the boxes were perfect and nobody would have cared about the lid. But they still made me go back. Unbelievably unreasonable, petty and inconsiderate customer service. Never ever going back to this store.
