V	Ve Mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last trip to the store (ever) was last month. The shoes are super expensive for the quality you get (my shoes broke down after 2 short walks). Additionally, you'll experience one of the most unprofessional customer services here despite your extreme patience. God forbid you have to return something, you'll get "By law, I can keep your money for several weeks before it gets refunded onto your visa." I had to go there several times just to make sure my money gets back onto my card, even though I returned the shoes (both times). The sad part is that you deal with the owner directly (when it comes to refunds). I never understood how businesses with this attitude and client treatment can survive. I refuse to support them. I highly recommend you do the same.

I've bought sandals, work pumps, pant shoes, dress shoes, leather slippers, even some ankle boots for slush when I cleaning the driveway in winter. I go to this mid-end mall on occasion just to check out what they have and have returned to buy the exact same pair because they continue to stock them for a couple of years. The shoes are reasonably priced and while not all-leather often have leather soles. It's been worth it for me.
T	Theresa Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Good luck trying to get through to the Cloverdale location. I have been trying for the last 5 days to check the status of a special order shoe. Nobody picks up the phone AND nobody returns your call. This is poor customer service after you have already paid for the shoes in full. If I could rate zero stars I would.
