Everytime staff made an excuse delay becos of holidays and my lab has not passed the test. It's awful!! Ordered in first week of Nov 2018.

Dr Wong showed a great deal of dedication to pinpoint difficult diagnostic issues and to share her personal view on some specific or more general health condition related to eye care. If you still searching for patient friendly and patient oriented optometrist, I would definitely recommend Dr Wong and her team of seasoned professionals!
P	Peter Voight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much to Harpreet (and please forgive me if I mispelled tthe first name - I forgot to take a business card) for the exemplary service today on my visit to this Optometrist outlet in Cloverdale Mall. I went in there with broken glasses (which I had bought almost two years ago from this very Optician), looking to maybe buy an inexpensive pair to tide me over to my next Eye Examination. Harpreet would have none of this; she fixed the useless broken pair I brought by putting two new arms on the thing, it took her well over half an hour, and she was happy to do just that - I was ready to buy, and she said let's make a deal - you get your eyes checked (it's been well over 2 years), and then if you like, you can come back and buy glasses here - or, anywhereelse if you like. So, I'll be back there for an eye check in a couple weeks, and I know the pair of glasses I want to buy. And I will buy them here. Harpteet's service was really quite excellent - I was so impressed.

When she went to pick them up there was only one pair and they told her that a second pair would be an additional $300. My sister is a single mom and trying to make ends meet - she said she was very clear in the beginning so to be sidelined into very expensive glasses for her son where she was led to believe she was getting two pairs, is both inconvenient and inexcusable. She felt taken advantage of, and didn’t want to complain but I felt everybody on Google needed to know. Be careful.

She conducted my eye exam, prescribed my contact lens, referred me for cataract surgery to an excellent doctor and conducted my follow up exam. Staff and Doctor are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Convenient location, bright and clean facilities. Highly recommended to anyone. Kid friendly too!

In fact, I didn't even know I couldn't get my eyes dilated due to my medical condition at that time -- if she didn't ask me the proper questions, I wouldn't have known. Her staff are very good and efficient - I was able to get my prescription filled and a nice set of glasses chosen within a quick time. The turnaround was very quick - one week! I am very satisfied and would recommend her!

The team took great care in ensuring all COVID-19 protocols and procedures were followed, and made the experience and visit overall very pleasurable from start to finish. The eye exam was very thorough, and Dr. Karen Louie was patient and professional. More so, the staff here were very patient and supportive in helping me with the details of my client profile setup, especially when I made some very big mistakes on my own. While I did not purchase glasses here, the general impression is they have a good selection of frames, including a variety of options for everyone's needs. Staff appeared to be thoughtful and helpful when providing help and suggestions on frames and fit, seeing as there are no frames that are "universal" per se. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new optometrist!
