★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal customer there for a few years. Bought many pair of glasses here and my last couple of eye exams. However, they have a new manager "Ruby" who is very rudy and deceptive. To make a long story short I bought a pair of progressive lens here and Ruby told me if I didn't like them I could return within 30 days. I didn't like the the lens so I returned them. At this point Ruby said I could make a straight a return for either a pair of readers or distance, but it could only be a straight exchange. I knew this was against the "Walmart" return policy and when I called her on it she was very rude. i'm now annoyed and just want a refund. I then get the complete run around for a refund. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere and would advise all to avoid Ruby and her deceptive practices,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nguyen is fantastic - very smart & friendly! The receptionist is also lovely and helpful. I've been coming here for a few years, and I've always been more than happy with the service!
It's about $85 for an eye exam, and they don't direct bill insurance companies. I purchase my glasses elsewhere, but they do have an excellent selection of affordable frames & lens!
