★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year ago I bent my glasses which I had purchased from another company. Brought them in to be looked at and Optical Palace at Dixie Mall and they fixed the problem and didn't even charge me. I never forgot that and when I needed new glasses I came back to give them a try and what an amazing experience I had. Great prices and service (hundreds less than some of the bigger guys for my prescription progressives). Would Highly recommend!

In last couple of years my husband and I had our eye exams done here and chose our glasses all at once. We really like Optical Palace. No matter how many glasses we have tried, there was always someone, with a friendly smile, willing to help us.
All staffs are knowledgeable, patient, and above all friendly. However, the special thanks go to Omar, who has always fixed our glasses when we have issues.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Optical Palace recently. While i was outside, waiting to come in, as there was the max number of patients allowed inside already, the staff was constantly sanitizing. I felt very safe while i was there. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and patient. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely 100% Optical Palace. I will not go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff and no pressure to make decisions. Lots of time to select frames and appreciated the helpful information and advice to ensure we selected what was best for our needs. Have been here before and will be happy to return.
