★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service! Beautiful store, tons of selection including the biggest brands as well as a great house brand. Dr. Yang is kind and very knowledgeable. All staff were wonderful. I have been a customer for many years and have no reason to go anywhere else. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store! I have gone here for my glasses twice now, buying 5 pairs overall. The selection is so chic and there is a lot of variety. The prices are also really good and sometimes they have promotions.
The sales associates are also amazing and work really hard to leave you happy with your purchase. They also are so helpful with cleaning glasses, fixing nose pads, tightening glasses etc. i totally recommend!

She is a consummate professional and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her :) She made me and my mother feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to correct an error with my mom’s order. I was so impressed with the whole experience that I will be bringing my father in next week to get his glasses from her as well.
I also want to give a huge shout out to Peter from the Queen street location. He worked on my order of glasses and, like Solmaz, his only focus is the client and their interest. He helped me make an outstanding selection of frames and lenses that I am very happy with. :) Optical Thirty 8 is lucky to have such amazing staff that go above and beyond the client’s expectations. I spent over $600 ( that's including the deal of buy one get one free...) they make you think they're durable, But they're extremely cheap quality. The paint started chipping off the frames on day 2...now looks like dollar store frames. Stick to brand names, don't buy optical 38 frames. Extremely disappointed, and I just picked them up yesterday...
