★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever! i took shoes from coco shoe outlet the one located in dixie mall, as well as asked for its RETURN POLICIES. the manager there said that its a 14 day RETURN window. First of all he gave me a different shoe from what i had choosen and after i went in to return it on the same day he said that i cannot return it and he had not uttered the word RETURN but rather EXCHANGE. i forgot to take a look at the receipt which did state no refund my bad. For proving his point he went on to say that he could show the recording which records in the store and said if he did say the word return he would return the entire amount. i was damn sure about it so i demanded to listen to it after that he started arguing with me and was very rude. the person was the manager of the store.

Obviously there is something shady going on at this shoe store as the cashier insisted I pay cash and wouldnt give me a receipt. Please report this store to the better business bureau. AVOID AT ALL COST, buy your shoes somewhere else.
