My wife and I were happy with our wills and powers of attorney.

Horrible front desk service; the woman made a medical assessment which is only allowed to be made by a medical professional. This assessment denied access to the lawyer. An appointment had been made to see the lawyer, but the receptionist cancelled the appointment, while we were waiting to see the lawyer. This office appears to have a different business application to a lawyer we formerly used.

Lawyer refused to notarize an original Jamaican Birtn Certificate because it said Certified Original Copy. A stamp that was placed on all birth certificates by the Jamaica registrar office. I do not recommend them for notarization.

Horrible service at Dixie outlet mall. The lady at the front desk was annoyed I was at the front during her personal call. She was so rude. I needed a document notarized as one signatory was in the US and one was on Canada there were two clear notary certifications. One for me and the other for the signature in the US. The notary in Canada was only responsible for my signature. They did not even read the documents. Very rude and very impolite.

This lawyer Nicole John owed money for transaction that was improperly charged and hasnt paid 2 months later, even though it was advised that amount in question will be reimbursed right away advised 2 months ago. Upon calling head office today we are now told that Nicole John will fax the details to head office. This means this lawyer never actually submitted claim and is seen as dishonest.

Most unprofessional and very horrible customer service office I have ever dealt with in my life. This was my second will. I chose her office because her price was reasonable and she was open on the weekends. She was cold, reboot like. No eye contact no face expression no empthy just repeated what sounded like a recording not from a person who was just told that someone is suffering and dying. After we signed the will we were told it will be ready anytime after 12 noon on Monday. Went to pick it up Wednesday night stuck in traffic for an hour an half and when we got here we were told coldly that they didn't have the will. The lady in the front office was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She refused to even check and see why our will wasn't at the office. Told us that Nicole( the lawyer is away on holiday and cant be reached and she has no one else to ask ). I had to call the head office that called the lady in the front office to check where it is ? She couldn’t do that herself I had to speak to 3 people at the head office to force her to check and finally after 30 min we were told that our will ended up in the Brampton office somehow. We were in the Mississauga office, singed the will at the Mississauga office how did it end up in Brampton? We had no idea and they had no explanation. They blamed us for not calling on Monday or Tuesday to confirm with Nicole that the will was here ( we were never asked to do that) we already singed it the Saturday before, she said she will get it stamped and will be ready on Monday. We were told that she went on holiday and she can't be reached. Here I am sick in the hospital dying and had to take a pass to get out of the hospital to get my will done and it's my fault that I didn't call first when in fact I was told to just come and pick it up anytime after 12 noon on Monday it will be ready. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a new will done signed by strangers in the mall because Nicole and her staff were not professional enough to get the job that they got paid for done on time and have it at the right office. I will never recommend them and I will never deal with them again better pay a little extra money and receive better customer service from someone who has compassion and acts more like a human being.

Conversations in telephone has a different rate when we show up at front the rate is MUCH HIGHER , I don’t recommend anyone, do not waste time with these people.

Receptionist is repetitive and asks all these questions to just say “her hourly rate is 500$per hr sir” i had no problem with the lawyer. She was very helpful and provided informative advice but new things appeared recently and i needed to ask how to go about doing what i was doing but this receptionist is just horrible and they lost out on a good potential and prolong client. Smh. They need a new receptionist that can relate to people and not just brush them off !!
