★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a house in August and Priya was the lawyer I used for closing. She missed an unpaid water bill by the previous owner and as a result the municipality I bought the house almost put a lien on the property.
By itself it is not that big a deal as missing something like that is understandable but what is unacceptable is the non-answering of calls/emails from the law firm when this issue happened (at least 4 emails and 6 voicemails).
I finally was able to get a hold of someone on her office on one call who rudely told me to just pay the bill myself and to call them again to file a claim with insurance which is part of what I paid for closing. The person (I am not sure if it is Priya or someone else from her firm) then just hung up on me.
After paying for the bill and again following up about the insurance claim, I never received a single reply from her law firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience through this law firm they are very very professional very efficient very quick and the services are very satisfactory I had no question after my closing which was done on time by the help of this law firm I truly appreciate and I highly recommend as we can get the work done I will definitely stick to it even in the future thank you for all your work guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a purchase and sale with them and it was poor experience for me throughout. Closing was delayed due to their mistake. As per them the bank was responsible but my mortgage agent had 4 closings with the same bank and all went fine except mine. I was penalized due to the law firm negligence (1500 dollars penalty from the selling agent).They even lost my final package of the deal and when asked they said my agent had taken the document package. No invoice was provided when questioned about the charges for title insurance either. Poor experience throughout
