Mr Elliott was my lawyer for my divorce, him and his team were amazing from the beginning to the end. Very easy to get ahold of always returned my calls had answers ready and available at all times. The professionalism of this firm goes beyond words and I am so grateful that they were on my side!

He is honest, straightforward, strategic, delivers on those plans and does that all while having an understanding at a human level as to the stress, challenges etc that his clients go through. His demeanor is fantastic, you feel at ease speaking with him, and you leave with a sense of trust that you are in great hands. He utilizes the team around him to execute on results and to help keep overall costs down for his clients. (That alone is somrthing that most lawyers I have dealt with do not do). He truly cares about his clients. I still continuously recommend Keith to anyone having family issues. An acquaintance changed to Keith and immediately saw the difference between his old lawyer and Keith and has immediately already seen results. For me, I just wanted to see my kids. Thanks to Keith, I now have 50-50 custody with my kids instead of alt weekends. - Carlos

Keith is not only highly professional, he has integrity, is highly intelligent and always has YOURS and YOUR CHILDREN'S best interests at heart. I cannot say the same of other family law lawyers. Visiting Keith is akin to seeing a therapist. When you talk to him, he is engaging and actually cares about what you are going through, especially when what you are going through is usually one of the most stressful events of your life. He is reasonable, especially when compared to the rates downtown lawyers charge! He will help you navigate your new life with ease!

Keith took the time to listen – he heard everything I shared. He acknowledged and empathized and quickly started to formulate a plan. Keith was to the point while being kind and patient and helping me to learn and understand the terminology and process at each step of the journey.
This was a long and challenging road with many bumps along the way. There was no point in time that I ever questioned whether Keith had my best intentions at the forefront of his work. Keith responded to all of my questions, concerns, emails and phone calls and explained everything in language I would understand (not just legal jargon) – including the pros and cons.
Keith made every effort to minimize the financial aspect of this process and I am so thankful.
